Why I do this.
I started after watching one too many local businesses get burned by big agencies — charged a small fortune, made to wait months, then billed again for every little change, all while being passed around a chain of account managers who'd never touched the actual work. Good people with great businesses, stuck with a website that didn't earn its keep.
