## Pest OFF Company (pest control) — https://www.pestoffcompany.com/

**The problem:** Pest OFF already had a site they were proud of — but it was nowhere to be found on Google, built desktop-first, and had no way to catch after-hours enquiries.

**What was done:** a full SEO audit and a top-to-bottom cleanup of the hand-coded HTML site, fixing the technical issues that kept it off the searches customers were using. Key areas were freshened up, the site was rebuilt to work properly on mobile, and a complimentary AI chatbot was added to answer common questions and book enquiries around the clock.

**The problem:** Cougar's site looked dated, and every enquiry landed in one generic inbox before being manually forwarded to the right team member — a daily time sink.

**What was done:** a ground-up rebuild of both the look and the code, plus an AI chatbot for first-line questions. The bigger win was behind the scenes: the enquiry system was rewired so each message now routes straight to the right person automatically — no more manual triage. **The problem:** Paragon came to Xiarn after a large agency charged 4.5× his price for a sloppy build — then billed $700 a year for hosting, hundreds just to meet, and more for every change. Worst of all, customers couldn't find the business on Google, even searching it by name.

**What was done:** a full backend clean and a brand-new design built from scratch. The business is now findable by name on Google, with no lock-in and no surprise fees.

**The problem:** Blomfield Legal's site was built years ago on Wix; it didn't show the work and was hard to look at.

**What was done:** a full overhaul, including researched, in-depth law-specific content and a new enquiry system that lets the firm track enquiries clearly. When a second site was needed for Visa Lawyer — shared with a colleague — it was built purpose-made at a discount, with dedicated pages for people migrating from specific countries added beyond the brief. Small post-launch tweaks were turned around within 24 hours, free.
